[1]G.723是1996年ITU制定的语音编码，是双速率语音编码，有5.3kbps和6.3kbps两种模式，分别采用代数码激励线性预测（ACELP）和多脉冲最大似能量化（MP-MLQ）。目前G.723是H.323的功能之一。
