历史

贝塞斯达游戏工作室和贝塞斯达软件公司的Logo

贝塞斯达之下有两家公司，“贝塞斯达游戏工作室”和“贝塞斯达软件公司”，前者用于由贝塞斯达公司自己的团队完成开发的游戏，而（可能）由其他公司发行。后者的功能只用于发行游戏。而这两种用法因游戏而异。

2021年3月9日微软宣布完成对ZeniMax Media的收购，贝塞斯达软件成为旗下微软游戏（Microsoft Gaming，2022年前为Xbox游戏工作室）的一员。^[2]

收购

• 2009年6月24日，Bethesda的母公司ZeniMax收购了id Software公司。
• 2010年10月28日，正式宣布收购日本著名游戏制作人三上真司位于东京的游戏公司Tango Gamework。
