堂溪典（？—？），又作唐溪典[1]，字伯并[2]（言其字子度、季度者误将其父之事混淆。），颍川鄢陵（今河南禹县）人。
历官西鄂长、侍中，熹平年间为五官中郎将，是东汉著名的经学家，尤精于《左传》，延笃曾追随他学习，延笃想抄写《左传》，没纸，唐溪典以废笺记与之[3]。熹平四年（175年）与蔡邕等正定《六经》文字，并立石于太学门外[4]，史称《熹平石经》。
