2012年6月，张立群以8.58亿港元买入Bigfoot Centre，当时地面至8楼为零售层，而9楼至26楼则为写字楼。[1][2]2014年，里昂证券亚太恒富资本（香港）以16亿港元购入Bigfoot Centre，再重行翻新。翻新后改称Zing!。
