Symbian基金会（英语：Symbian Foundation），一个非营利的基金会，总部位于英国伦敦，负责维持Symbian平台（Symbian platform）的运作，以及认证工作。诺基亚公司是它最大的赞助者。它最早源起于Symbian公司。
发展状况
2010年11月3日，欧盟成立SYMBEOSE协会（Symbian–the Embedded Operating System for Europe），以Symbian基金会为核心，并宣布将注资3100万欧元给Symbian基金会，以确保它的生存与发展[1]。
2010年11月8日，基金会宣布，将转型为只负责软件或商标等授权机构，并将Symbian平台开发权交还给诺基亚。Symbian基金会执行董事Tim Holbrow表示，近来行动市场有巨大的改变，使得该基金会某些创始会员转移重点，将资金移出董事会，停止开发Symbian平台商品，促使了这个决定产生。
