文穆皇后赵氏（？—？），武周显祖武华妻。
她事迹不详，只知她嫁与武周显祖。光宅元年（684年），武则天追封武华为太尉、太原郡王，夫人杨氏则为太原郡王妃。五年后（永昌元年，689年），武则天再加封武华为周安成王，赵氏为周安成王妃。
后来，在次年（690年），武则天即皇帝位，改元天授，尊封周安成王谥号文穆皇帝，庙号显祖。而赵氏就被上谥号文穆皇后，陵曰永陵。
