周簡王，姬姓，諱夷，周之第二十二王，東周第十王，定王之子也。定王二十一年，定王崩，子簡王夷代立。簡王八年，晉秦麻隧之戰。簡王十一年，晉楚鄢陵之戰。簡王十三年，晉殺其君厲公，迎子周於周，立之為悼公。十四年，簡王崩，子靈王泄心立。
