Liên đoàn quản lý đội tuyển bóng đá quốc gia Seychelles, tổ chức các giải bóng đá như vô địch quốc gia và cúp quốc gia. Liên đoàn bóng đá Seychelles gia nhập FIFA và CAF cùng năm 1986.
