سخاروف انعام

سخاروف انعاف یا سخاروف انعام برائے آزادی اظہار خیال ایک انعام ہے، یہ ان شخصیات کو دیا جاتا ہے جو انسانی حقوق کا تحفظ کرنے کے لیے اپنی زندگی وقف کرلیتے ہیں اور آزادی اظہار خیال کے لیے جدوجہد کرتے ہیں۔ سخاروف انعامات کا یہ سلسلہ 1988ء میں یورپی پارلیمان نے شروع کیا اور اس انعام کا نام روسی سائنس دان آندرے سخاروف کے نام پر رکھا گیا ہے۔
