Ben Stiller

Benjamin Edward Stiller (d. 30 Kasım 1965, New York), Emmy Ödülü sahibi Amerikalı komedyen, oyuncu, senarist, film yapımcısı ve yönetmeni.

Babası aktör Jerry Stiller ve annesi Anne Meara.^[1] Babası Yahudi idi, annesi ise İrlandalı Katolik, ancak evliliklerinden sonra annesi de Yahudiliğe döndü.^[2][3] Filmleri dünya çapında 2,6 trilyon gişe getirmiştir.^[4] Babası daha Ben altı yaşında iken onu kendi rol aldığı filmlerin setlerine götürmüş ve Ben'i aktörlükle tanıştırmıştır.^[5] Lisede aktörlük dersleri alan Ben sonradan şansını denemiş ve başarılı olmuştur.^[6] Birçok dizi ve filmde rol almış, 1990-1993 yılları arası The Ben Stiller Show adıyla kendi şovunu yapmıştır. Ayrıca Tropik Fırtına: Al Bakalım, The Cable Guy, Zoolander ve Reality Bites gibi filmlerde yönetmenlik de yapmıştır. Öncelikle ünlü talk-show programı Saturday Night Live'da oynadığı skeçlerle tanınmıştır. Ayrıca 'Aramızdaki Sarışın', 'Çatı Katı' ve Zor Baba gibi kaliteli filmlere de imza atmıştır.
