หมู่เกาะซีชา (จีนตัวย่อ: 西沙群岛; จีนตัวเต็ม: 西沙群島; พินอิน: xīshā qúndǎo; แปลตรงตัว: "กลุ่มเกาะทรายตะวันตก"^[1], ซีชาฉฺวินเต่า), หมู่เกาะฮหว่างซา (เวียดนาม: Quần đảo Hoàng Sa, แปลตรงตัว 'กลุ่มเกาะทรายเหลือง') หรือ หมู่เกาะพาราเซล (อังกฤษ: Paracel Islands) เป็นกลุ่มเกาะอยู่ในเขตมณฑลไห่หนาน ประเทศจีน และเป็นดินแดนพิพาทที่ถูกอ้างสิทธิโดยประเทศเวียดนามและไต้หวัน พื้นที่หมู่เกาะถูกครอบครองบางส่วนโดยจีนมาตั้งแต่คริสต์ศตวรรษที่ 7 ในสมัยราชวงศ์ถังและราชวงศ์ซ่ง^[2] และบางส่วนโดยเวียดนามมาตั้งแต่คริสต์ศตวรรษที่ 15^[3] ต่อมาเมื่อเกิดการสู้รบกันเมื่อวันที่ 20 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2517 ระหว่างสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนกับเวียดนามใต้^[4] จีนได้ครอบครองพื้นที่ทั้งหมด แต่ก็ยังถูกโต้แย้งโดยเวียดนาม

พื้นที่หมู่เกาะประกอบด้วยหินโสโครก เนินทราย และเกาะขนาดเล็กมากกว่า 30 แห่ง ตั้งอยู่ระหว่างชายฝั่งทะเลของเวียดนาม จีน ห่างจากเกาะไห่หนานไปทางทิศตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ประมาณ 180 ไมล์ทะเล ครอบคลุมพื้นที่มหาสมุทรประมาณ 15,000 ตารางกิโลเมตร
