ปลากุดสลาด, ปลากุดสลาก หรือ ปลาอุณรุท (อังกฤษ: coral grouper, coral trout) เป็นปลาทะเลในสกุล Plectropomus ในวงศ์ปลากะรัง (Serranidae)^[1]
