สหพันธ์มวยปล้ำโลก (อังกฤษ: United World Wrestling; UWW) เป็นองค์กรระหว่างประเทศสำหรับกีฬามวยปล้ำสมัครเล่น มีหน้าที่ดูแลกีฬามวยปล้ำในโอลิมปิก เป็นประธานการแข่งขันระดับนานาชาติสำหรับมวยปล้ำรูปแบบต่าง ๆ รวมถึงมวยปล้ำเกรโก-โรมัน มวยปล้ำรูปแบบฟรีสไตล์ แกรปปลิ้ง ทั้งชายและหญิง ตลอดจนประเภทอื่นๆ งานสำคัญของสหพันธ์มวยปล้ำโลกคือ มวยปล้ำชิงแชมป์โลก เดิมชื่อว่า FILA (ฝรั่งเศส: Fédération Internationale des Luttes Associées, แปลตรงตัว 'International Federation of Associated Wrestling Styles') โดยสันนิษฐานว่าเป็นชื่อในปัจจุบันเริ่มใช้เดือนกันยายน พ.ศ. 2557
