Блоки Шарқӣ

Блоки шарқӣ (англ. Eastern Bloc, русӣ: Восточный блок), блоки сотсиалистӣ (англ. Socialist Bloc, русӣ: Социалистический блок), блоки Шӯравӣ (англ. Soviet Bloc, русӣ: Советский блок), блоки коммунистӣ (англ. Communists Bloc, русӣ: Коммунистический блок) мафҳуме мебошад, ки дар Ғарб дар нимаи дуюми асри 20 барои ишора ба кишварҳои тарафдори шӯравии Аврупои Марказӣ ва Шарқӣ, Осиёи Шарқӣ ва Ҷанубу Шарқӣ бо роҳбарии СССР ^[1], ки кишварҳои « ҷаҳони дуюм » буданд, пайдо шуд. Дар Аврупо, блокҳои шарқиро Албания, Булғористон, Маҷористон, ҶДО, Лаҳистон, Руминия ва Чехословакия, дар Осиё - Кампучия, Чин (то соли 1961) ^[2], Лаос, Муғулистон ва Кореяи Шимолӣ намояндагӣ мекарданд. Аз соли 1961, Куба ба блоки шарқӣ дохил шуд.

Он пас аз ба охир расидани Ҷанги Дуюми Ҷаҳон дар натиҷаи ба сари қудрат омадани ҳизбҳои коммунистӣ ва коргарӣ дар кишварҳои демократияи халқӣ ба вуҷуд омад. Ҳамзамон, на ҳама кишварҳои минтақа, ки худро сотсиалист эълон кардаанд, узви ин блок шуданд: Югославия аз соли 1948 бо роҳи алоҳида аз СССР рафт (нигаред ба даргирии Шӯравиву Югославия ) ва яке аз ташаббускорони ҳаракати ҳамроҳнашавӣ ба блокҳо гашт, Албания воҳидҳои Иттиҳоди Шарқиро – СПВ ва СКМ-ро дар солҳои 60 тарк кард.

Шартномаи Варшава

Блоки Шарқӣ на танҳо ба наздикии идеологӣ ва иқтисодии кишварҳои сотсиалистӣ, балки ба созишномаҳо дар бораи кумаки муштараки дастаҷамъӣ дар сурати ҳамлаи эҳтимолии НАТО асос ёфта буд. Дар соли 1955, ҶФО ба НАТО пайваст; дар посух ба ин Албания, Булғористон, Маҷористон, РДГ, Лаҳистон, Руминия, Чехословакия ва СССР Шартномаи Варшаваро имзо карданд ва ба НАТО паймони низомӣ монанд карданд - Созмони Паймони Варшава (СПВ) бо сарварии СССР. Дар доираи иттиҳод машқҳои муштарак гузаронида шуданд ва ҳамоҳангӣ байни хадамоти ҷосусии кишварҳои СПВ амалӣ карда шуд. Пас аз фурӯпошии блоки шарқӣ, мавҷудияти СПВ маънои худро гум кард ва дар соли 1991 Протокол дар бораи пурра бекор кардани Аҳднома ба имзо расид.

Телекоммуникатсия

Барои эҳтиёҷоти иттилоотӣ ва коммуникатсионии кишварҳои блок шабакаи телекоммуникатсионии Берлини Шарқӣ – Варшава – Прага – Москва амал мекард, ки тавассути он пахши телевизионӣ ба кишварҳои Аврупои Шарқӣ сурат мегирифт, барномаҳои телевизионӣ аз Москва пахш мешуданд ва шабака инчунин барои алоқаи мустақими овозии муштариён дар ин кишварҳо истифода мешуд.
