Vestre Jakobselv (nordsamiska: Ánnejohka, kvänska: Annijoki) är en tätort och tidigare fiskeläge i Vadsø kommun i Finnmarks fylke i norra Norge. Orten ligger utmed Europaväg 75 vid Jakobselvas utlopp i Varangerfjorden, 17 kilometer väster om kommunens centralort Vadsø.
