Eksopolifosfataza

Eksopolifosfataza (EC 3.6.1.11, metafosfataza, kiselinska fosfoanhidridna fosfohidrolaza, Gra-Paza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom polifosfat fosfohidrolaza.^[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

(polifosfat)_n + ₂O ${\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons }$ (polifosfat)_-1 + fosfat
