Arsenit metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.137, -adenozil--metionin:arsenik(III) metiltransferaza, -adenozil--metionin:metilarsonit -metiltransferaza, metilarsonit metiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom -adenozil--metionin:arsenit -metiltransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (1) -adenozil--metionin + arsenit -adenozil--homocistein + metilarsonat
- (2) -adenozil--metionin + metilarsonit -adenozil--homocistein + dimetilarsinat
