Waslad

Waslad (Af Ingiriis : steak; Af Carabi : arā) waa nooc ka mid ah hilibka xoolaha, gaar ahaan hilibka laga jaro garabka, jeeniga, lugta, dhabarka iyo meelaha leh jiidh saafi ah. Sidoo kale wasladu waa hilibka laga gooyo muruqa xoolaha kaasi oo leh waxyar oo baruur ah, laakiin inta badan jiidh saafi ah. Waslada waxaa laga diyaariyaa hilibka lo'da, geela, adhiga iyo doofaarka. Hilibka kaluunka iyo digaaga iyo shimbiraha laga sameeyn karo waslada.[1]

Hilibka waslada marka la dubo (dab lagu shiilo) waxaa loo yaqaanaa xaniid. Sidoo kale, waslada waxaa laga diyaariyaa maraqa iyo suugada.
