Tikei (iné názvy: Manu, Tikai alebo Tiku)[1] je malý koralový ostrov v západnej časti súostrovia Tuamotu v rámci Francúzskej Polynézie. Najbližším susedom je atol Takaroa (68 km smerom na severozápad) a Tahiti je vzdialený 582 km na juhozápad.

Jeho lagúna zanikla zaplavením sedimentami a zarastením vegetáciou, ktorú tvoria zväčša umelo vysadené kokosové palmy
Prvá písomná zmienka o návšteve atolu je od Jakoba Roggeveena z 18. mája 1722.[2] Atol pomenovali „Carlshoff“. Ďalším návštevníkom bol 20. apríla 1816 Otto von Kotzebue, ktorý sa na ostrov vrátil aj 8. marca 1824.
V 19. storočí, keď sa ostrov stal francúzskym územím, na ňom v osade Tereporepo žilo 30 obyvateľov. Dnes je ostrov trvale neobývaný, len prechodne na neho zavítajú obyvatelia vedľajších atolov kvôli ťažbe kopry alebo lovu krabov.
Na ostrove sídli väčšia populácia rôznych vtákov, avšak ich počty alebo druhy nie sú presne zmapované.[3]
Geograficky patrí atol Takapoto k subskupine ostrovov kráľa Georga (angl. King George Islands, franc. Îles du Roi Georges) spoločne s atolmi Manihi, Takaroa, Ahe a Takapoto.
