Wu Bangguo

Wu Bangguo (Chinese: 吴邦国; July 1941 – 8 October 2024) was a Chinese politician. He also was the Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, China's top legislative body from 2003 to 2013. He was born in Pingba, China.
Bangguo was the Vice Premier of China from 1995 to 2003.
Bangguo died on 8 October 2024 in Beijing, China at the age of 83.[1]
