Walter Dale "Walt" Miller (October 5, 1925 – September 28, 2015)[1] was an American politician with the Republican Party. He served as 29th Governor of South Dakota from 1993 to 1995. He assumed the duties of the governorship upon the death of George S. Mickelson.
