Verónica Forqué Vázquez-Vigo (Spanish pronunciation: [beˈɾonika foɾˈke]; 1 December 1955 – 13 December 2021) was a Spanish actress. She was a four-time Goya Award winner.[1]

Stanley Kubrick hired Forqué for the European Spanish-language dub of Shelley Duvall as Wendy Torrance in The Shining (1980).[2]
She starred in television series such as Pepa y Pepe (1995) and La vida de Rita (2003).[3]
Forqué was found dead by suicide in her Madrid home on 13 December 2021 at the age of 66.[4]
