London & South Eastern Railway Limited, trading as Southeastern was a train operating company in southeast England.

On 1 April 2006, it became the franchisee for the new Integrated Kent Franchise (IKF), overtaking the publicly owned South Eastern Trains. It served the commuter routes to south-east London, most of Kent, and parts of East Sussex.
From 2012, Thameslink had taken over various routes including the Catford Loop and Sevenoaks to Blackfriars services.
On 16 October 2021, Its services was stopped because the company kept £25 million that should have been returned to Department for Transport.[5] It was replaced by government-owned Southeastern.[6][7]

Southeastern operated 400 trains, they were taken over by Southeastern.
