Silvia Pinal

Silvia Pinal Hidalgo (12 September 1931 – 28 November 2024) was a Mexican actress and producer. She was one of the most recognized and versatile Mexican actresses. She was known for her roles in Shark! (1969), Viridiana (1961), El ángel exterminador (1962) and Simón del desierto (1965).

Pinal died on 28 November 2024 at a hospital in Mexico City from problems caused by a urinary tract infection, aged 93.^[4][5]
