Ronnie William Arneill[1] (born February 19, 1981), better known by his ring name Shawn Spears, is a Canadian professional wrestler. He is currently signed to WWE, where he performs on the NXT brand. He is also known for his time with All Elite Wrestling (AEW) from 2019–2023 and his previous runs with WWE under the ring names Gavin Spears (2006–2009) and Tye Dillinger (2013–2019). Arneill, along with wrestler Matthew Clement (better known as Tyler Breeze) run a wrestling school in Apopka, Florida, called Flatbacks Wrestling.[5]
