Minister of Education of Laos From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Phankham Viphavanh (Lao: ພັນຄຳ ວິພາວັນ; born 14 April 1951) is a Laotian politician. In 2021, he became the Prime Minister of Laos. He is a member of Politburo. He is the Executive Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party. He was the Vice President of Laos from 2016 until 2021.[1]
