Outsider in the White House is a political memoir written by Huck Gutman and Bernie Sanders. It was first published as Outsider in the House in 1997.[1] It was republished in 2015,[2] when Sanders ran for President of the United States. The book contains an afterword by journalist John Nichols.[2]

The book talks about Sanders's support for the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution. This law gives United States citizens the right to own guns.[3]
