Mondaire Jones (born May 18, 1987)[1] is an American attorney and politician. He is a member of the Democratic Party. He was the U.S. Representative for New York's 17th congressional district from 2021 to 2023.

He and Ritchie Torres were the first openly gay black members of Congress.[2]
He was the Democratic nominee for New York's 17th congressional district in the 2020 election. He won the election in November 2020. In August 2022, he lost re-nomination in the Democratic primaries.
