Malcolm Gladwell (born September 3, 1963) is a British-Canadian journalist, author, and pop sociologist,[1] living in New York City. He has written for The New Yorker since 1996. He is well known as the author of the books, The Tipping Point (2000), Blink (2005), and Outliers (2008).
Gladwell was born in Fareham, Hampshire to a Jamaican mother and English father. He moved to Elmira, Ontario at age six.
