Harold Fitzgerald Hogue, Sr. (November 13, 1967 — January 23, 2024) was an American professional wrestler. He was known for his time when he wrestled in World Championship Wrestling (WCW) from 1990 to 2001. He competed in WCW under the ring names Ice Train and M.I. Smooth.

Hogue retired from professional wrestling in 2001 soon after the WCW was bought by the World Wrestling Federation (WWF).[1]
On January 23, 2024, it was announced by Diamond Dallas Page that Hogue has died.[2]
