Home Secretary

The home secretary in the United Kingdom is a senior minister of the British Government and the head of the Home Office. Since 5 July 2024, the office has been held by Yvette Cooper. She is responsible for immigration, the police and other matters relating to the safety of the United Kingdom.[1]
