Wikimedia disambiguation page From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Eternal return is an idea that everything will repeat forever. It is also called eternal recurrence. Eternal return can be found in different religions or philosophies.[1] Nietzsche wrote the most famous version of the eternal recurrence, but he started with other people's ideas. In his own writings, Nietzsche says he thinks the writer Heraclitus may have been first to write about it.[2]
