Essex County, New York

Essex County is a county in the U.S. state of New York. As of the 2020 census, 37,381 people lived there.[1] Its county seat is the census-designated place of Elizabethtown. Its name comes from the English county of Essex. This county is part of New York's 21st congressional district.
