Essert-sous-Champvent was a municipality in the district of Jura-Nord vaudois in the canton of Vaud in Switzerland. On 1 January 2012, the former municipalities of Essert-sous-Champvent and Villars-sous-Champvent became part of the municipality called Champvent.[1]
