Devon Werkheiser (born March 8, 1991 in Atlanta, Georgia[1]) is an American actor, voice actor, singer-songwriter and musician. He is best known for his role as Ned Bigby in the Nickelodeon sitcom Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide. He is also known for his role as main character Nolan Byrd in the TV movie Shredderman Rules. Werkheiser was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He was raised in Johns Creek, Georgia.
