Daniel Edward Reeves (January 19, 1944 – January 1, 2022) was an American football running back and coach in the National Football League (NFL). He was born in Rome, Georgia. He played for the Dallas Cowboys between 1965 until 1972. Reeves also coached for the Denver Broncos, New York Giants and Atlanta Falcons from 1981 until 2003.
Reeves died on January 1, 2022 in Atlanta, Georgia from dementia-related problems at the age of 77.[1]
