Benefit concert

A benefit concert or charity concert is a type of musical benefit performance such as concert or gala that has musicians, comedians, or other performers performing for charitable purpose. Usually this is done for a specific humanitarian crisis. They usually raise money or funds for organizations that help people during those specific crises.^[1] Benefit concerts are seen as good at gaining support and raising funds for a cause because of the large media coverage that they usually receive.^[2]
