Baisoya

Baisoya or Basoya[1] is a clan of Hindu Gurjars of northern India. The clan is mainly made up of Hindus but there are also some Baisoya Muslims in the states like Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh.

Ethnography

There are many villages of Baisoya Gurjars in Rajasthan, Haryana, Indian Punjab (Amritsar),[2] Himachal Pradesh, Dehli and Madhya Pradesh.[1]
