Anushka Sharma (pronounced [əˈnʊʂkaː ˈʃərmaː]; born 1 May 1988)[1][2] is an Indian actress and movie producer. She is one of the most popular and highest-paid actresses in India. She acts in Bollywood movies. She has won many awards including one Filmfare Award from seven nominations.[3] She was born in Ayodhya and raised in Bangalore. She is married to the Indian cricketer Virat Kohli.[4][5][6][7]

Personal Life

Anushka is a practicing Hindu.[10] She married an Indian cricketer, Virat Kohli, in Italy on 11 December 2017.[11] On 11 January 2021, Sharma gave birth to a girl named, Vamika.[12]
