All This and Heaven Too is a 1940 American romantic drama movie directed by Anatole Litvak and was based on the 1938 novel of the same name by Rachel Field. It stars Bette Davis, Charles Boyer, Barbara O'Neil, June Lockhart, Virginia Weidler, Ann E. Todd, George Coulouris, Montagu Love and was distributed by Warner Bros.. It was nominated for 3 Academy Awards in 1941.[1][2]
Story
Henriette Deluzy-Desportes, a governess in a troubled noble household, is accused of influencing a murder but is eventually cleared and moves to America. There, she becomes a teacher and is proposed to by a minister, suggesting a hopeful future.
