Al Matthews (November 21, 1942 – September 22, 2018) was an American actor and singer.[1] He was born in Brooklyn, New York, but was based in Spain. Matthews was best known for his rolee as Gunnery Sergeant Apone in the James Cameron movie Aliens (1986).[2]
Matthews was found dead on September 22, 2018 at his Orihuela, Spain home, aged 75.[3][4][5]
