Aboud Jumbe Mwinyi (14 June 1920 – 14 August 2016) was a Zanzibari politician. He was the 2nd President of Zanzibar from 7 April 1972 to 30 January 1984. He was born in Juba, Anglo Egyptian Sudan (now South Sudan).
Jumbe died at the age of 96 at his home at Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam, on 14 August 2016.[1]
