Upland is a city in San Bernardino County, California. As of the 2020 census, 79,040 people lived in Upland.[1] It became a city on May 15, 1906, after previously being named North Ontario and a part of Ontario.

Upland used to be famous for skateboarding because of its skate park, The Pipeline, but the park was demolished in the 1980s.
The rapper Litefoot was born in Upland.
