Kingston and his mother were arrested.[5] According to reports, the arrest warrant was issued on numerous instances of Fraud and theft.[6] Kingston's arrest was without incident, which had taken place after a concert in Fort Irwin, California, and he was booked into jail in San Bernardino County, California pending extradition to Florida.[7] Kingston waived his right to fight extradition in California and was sent to Broward County jail.[8] A week later, Kingston was released from police custody after posting bail of $100,000.[9]
