Robert William RisCassi (born January 18, 1936) is a retired United States Army four-star general. He was Vice Chief of Staff of the United States Army (VCSA) from 1989 to 1990.

RisCassi was born in Hartford, Connecticut. He is a 1958 graduate of the University of Connecticut.[1]
He was awarded the University of Connecticut Distinguished Alumni Award in 1989.[2]
