Lourdes Aflague "Lou" Leon Guerrero (born November 8, 1950)[1] is a Guamanian businesswoman, politician, and former nurse. Leon Guerrero is the 9th and current Governor of Guam. She is a member of the Democratic Party.

She is the Chairwoman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of the Bank of Guam and BankGuam Holding Company. Leon Guerrero has worked as a nurse and was a senator in the Legislature of Guam.[2] Leon Guerrero was elected Governor in the 2018 Guam elections.
