Kapfenberg

Kapfenberg is the third largest city in Styria, Austria. It is also the largest city in the Bruck-Mürzzuschlag District. The city is between Kindberg and Bruck an der Mur, is in the valley of the Mürz. About 23,000 people live there.

It is known for its famous landmark, Oberkapfenberg Castle (German: Burg Oberkapfenberg). Every year in June, the Ritterfest ("knights' festival") was held at the castle, which is one of the largest festivals of its kind in Austria.
Kapfenberg has an football club, called Kapfenberger SV. It has also a basketball club, called Kapfenberg Bulls.
