Jill Naomi Tokuda (born March 3, 1976) is an American businesswoman and Democratic politician. She was a member of the Hawaii Senate for the 24th district from 2006 to 2018. She a member of the United States House of Representatives for Hawaii's 2nd congressional district since 2023.[1]
