Jeffrey Katzenberg (/ˈkætsənbɜːrɡ/; born December 21, 1950) is an American movie producer and media businessman. He was born in New York City. He was chairman of Walt Disney Studios from 1984 to 1994. He also co-founded DreamWorks Animation. In 2018, he founded the short-form media app Quibi.
He is a well known Democratic donor because he has donated to the political campaigns of Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden and Elizabeth Warren.[1]
