Oxley is an electoral district of New South Wales. It was created in 1920, abolished in 1988 and recreated in 1991.

It is a conservative electorate and with the exception of one independent, has only ever elected members of conservative parties when it has elected only one member. The current MP is Michael Kemp of the National Party.
